"One Knight Only" is a theatre merchandise company created by Caroline 'Spud' Knight in 2004 and is the force behind the team selling the official merchandise for the UK's No1 touring Rock 'n' Roll show "That'll Be The Day".

Originally a dedicated follower of this award winning show, Caroline has been selling the merchandise for TBTD since 1994.

In 1999 she took the job on full-time, setting up her own merchandise company in 2004 to cope with the growing demands of the show.

You may have seen Caroline in the foyer of the countless theatres played by TBTD nationally & internationally over the many years.
